Is it Facebook, Really?

You ever notice how sometimes people think something is one thing when in fact, they have missed the point entirely? Okay. So here's the thing - I was in a coffee shop the other day waiting for my morning fix and I overheard a couple of people talking about Facebook. Today we sent out a promo for a company who decided that they really wanted to use Facebook to enhance their client interactions and ultimately, develop better relationships with current clients. What we got back as a response were comments such as "Great, thanks for the offer", "Good Deal - let me know when you send the next one" etc.

BUT, we also got a couple of emails that said, "Perhaps you could use a more sophisticated source" and "I hate Facebook, take me off the list". No problem, it's done.
